ship via US Postal Service and UPS. Most orders are shipped
within 48 hours, seasonal delays may occur. Delivery
confirmation/tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships and can be

Express shipping is available on most orders, please call for expedited
shipping costs. For most packages, the rate is around $40.00 - heavier
packages may be more.

Shipping loss/Damage: We package
items with extreme care and rarely have any shipping damage.
Report any damage or breakage of your merchandise upon receipt to us immediately
via email, damage claims must be received within 3 days of receipt. You MUST retain all packaging material for
the carrier's inspection. Candles and orders over $100.00 are insured
for loss/damages. If you would like to purchase insurance for other packages,
please add to shopping cart.
Returns: If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. You must call for return
