No Place Like Home

Finding Your Way
We all will struggle at some time with finding our way through
life. The struggle is an integral part of the process. God will use times
of struggle and uncertainty to draw us to Him. And I believe He
sometimes allows us to wander aimlessly, for as long as it takes for us to
discover we're lost. It is not until we discover we are lost and
without direction, that we can truly begin to find our way.

There is great comfort in knowing that we
can rest in the hands of a God who doesn't require that we be the best, He
only requires that we be our best. So at the end of the day when we are
tired and weary, have given our best, but still come up just a little bit
short.........it's nice to know our Heavenly Father also works the late
shift.

Keep Pushing On
Many times we are faced with obstacles in life...an immovable
rock, but God tells us to keep pushing on...to persevere. But try as we
may, the rock doesn't move. I have learned that many times God never
intended for me to move the rock; in fact, He never asked me to move the
rock...He simply asked me to push. Sometimes the rock is merely an
exercise in faith...to strengthen and grow us...to teach us dependence.
When it's time to move the rock...He'll move it.
